2. No year-end close- Tenant Pro 7 allows you to print past financials any time. Say good-bye to opening backup data files in order to print past financial reports. Get accurate year-to-date columns on all financial reports without closing prior years.
   
   
3. New wizards- Move-in, Move-out, and Tenant Payment wizards guide you effortlessly through each step of the processes. Enter additional charges and deposit information directly in the Move-in wizard. The Move-out wizard determines closing charges, any deposit refund and creates the move-out statement.
   
   
4. Batch Tenant Payment system- Gives you the ability to enter a batch of checks that have been collected, streamlining the process of recording multiple tenant payments. Instead of recording each check individually in the Tenant Payments window, you can enter them all at once, creating the deposit as you go.
   
   
5. Tenant Statements include date range- Now you can bill tenants for individual charges by entering a specific date range. Any other outstanding charges will not appear on the Tenant Statement.
   
   
6. Create tenant charges from Work Order window- Once you have completed a work order, Tenant Pro 7 can easily create the corresponding vendor bill and/or tenant charge, the tenant, with the click of a few buttons.
