Owner Management

The Owners window in Tenant Pro 7 provides detailed owner information. Easily view current owner balances for each G/L account. This is particularly helpful for owners who own multiple properties and operate from a single bank account. No need to add account totals from each property to determine owner balances. Click on the Paymatic History tab to see disbursements to your management company by property.
