Tenant Pro 7 is a lease-based program designed to effectively manage any type of tenant scenario. Whether there are multiple tenants per lease or a single tenant with multiple leases, Tenant Pro 7 will keep you organized.

The Leases window The easily tracks each tenant or tenants associated with each lease. This is perfect if you have multiple tenants per lease and various changes to the lease. The Lease Ledger keeps a running history of all payments and charges on the lease. Each deposit received on the lease will immediately appear in the Security Deposit Ledger tab. Each tenant's deposit against the lease is listed separately, which simplifies the move-out process.
