Powerful, Yet Flexible Accounting Structure
Collecting income with complete accuracy and ensuring it is accounted for is one of the most important tasks of a property manager. Tenant Pro 7 takes the time consuming tenant payment process and makes it effortless, while maintaining accurate up-to-date records of collections. Each payment processed is simultaneously updated in the Tenant Ledger, Deposit Slip, Bank Balance and Owner Statement, eliminating the need to double enter information. Tenant payments are distributed according to pre-set rules that you determine, but are flexible enough to override during the collection process.
