At the heart of Tenant Pro 7 is a fully integrated accounting system created particularly for property management. Tenant Pro 7 has an extremely flexible chart of accounts that allows you to uniquely identify each account with up to 8 alphanumeric characters. Additionally, each property can have distinct general ledger accounts to which the transactions will be posted. Cash or accrual accounting can be specified for each property and can be based upon calendar or fiscal year.
